In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, The Old Mill announced on Saturday, March 21, that they would be suspending in-restaurant dining at the Old Mill Restaurant and Pottery House Cafe to practice social distancing and are curtailing retail operations.
However, they also announced that they will be launching a takeout and delivery service and as well as creating a new product — hand sanitizer from the Old Forge Distillery, which will be handed out with all to go orders with a minimum purchase of $25.
On their facebook page, the Old Mill said, “We are altering our businesses because the coronavirus pandemic is real. We value your health and the health of our Old Mill family of employees. All of us must do what we can to get through this situation.”
