Following Governor Bill Lee’s announcement to reopen the economy, most of A. Marshall Hospitality’s restaurants will be opening their doors to dine-in customers this week, including Puckett’s Gro. in Pigeon Forge, which is set to reopen to dine-in patrons Wednesday, April 29th at 7am.
“After many uncertainties facing the hospitality and restaurant industry, the ability to reopen is a very positive and motivating step to new normalcy in our community,” said a representative for Puckett’s Gro. in a recent press release.
During this first phase of reopening, all Puckett’s employees will continue to prioritize heightened health and safety measures. Staff members are required to wear masks and gloves at all times and will be focused on implementing increased sanitation practices for the health and safety of guests and employees. Social distancing will also be observed with limited seating throughout the restaurants until further notice.
“After many unpredictable weeks, we are delighted to safely serve our communities in our dining rooms and patios and put our associates back to work,” states founder and CEO, Andy Marshall. “We will continue extra safety measures throughout this pandemic and assure safety for all staff and guests while providing a great meal and top-notch service.”

Mother’s Day Happenings
With the reopening of restaurants coinciding with Mother’s Day, Puckett’s will be will be celebrating with a weekend-long event Friday, May 8th through Monday May 12th, inviting guests to enjoy a special Mother’s Day themed meal. Puckett’s will also be taking orders for take-home family meals, including brunch quiche, herbed chicken and an assortment of delicious salads. Along with the meal, customers can select add-ons including mimosa kits and a bouquet of flowers from a local florist. Orders can be made by calling Puckett’s at (865) 285-0155. Orders for take-home family meals need to be placed by Friday, May 8 at 4 p.m.
