Anakeesta Entrance Signage

Local Appreciation Days at Anakeesta

During Local Appreciation Days, those who live in (or work in) Sevier, Blount, Hamblen, Jefferson or Cocke counties in Tennessee pay only $5 plus tax for admission. (All other elements are full price.) Residents, bring your photo ID. Those who work in those counties, bring a paycheck stub with photo ID. Annual pass upgrades still apply. Meet Rudolph and His Friends

Meet and play with Rudolph and his friends, including Clarice , Bumble and Yukon Cornelius as the characters come to life in the Craftsman’s Valley section of the park this Christmas. Presented by Humana, this experience is for the young and young at heart. For details, visit the website.

Christmas Tree with Lights

Pigeon Forge Winterfest

Visit the area as it transforms into a winter wonderland during Winterfest! Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville and the rest of the Smoky Mountains will shine as five million lights glow in celebration of the season. Smoky Mountain Winterfest turns Pigeon Forge shows and theaters into a special, seasonal experience. SkyBridge and Mountains

SkyBridge Pumpkin Toss

BYOP to the Skybridge Pumpkin Toss, or select one of the 300 that will be available at the event. All guests will require a SkyLift Park ticket, and the toss requires a $5 registration fee. All proceeds are donated to the Sevier County Food Ministry, so come out, have some fun and support a good cause. For more information, visit the website.

Dollywood Smoky Mountain Christmas

This festive tradition, presented by Humana, has been voted the best in America for over a decade, and is even better this season! Gatlinburg Chili Cook-off

Gatlinburg celebrates the fall season with one of its best foodie experiences, the Gatlinburg Chili Cookoff Presented by Bush’s® Chili Beans! Festival-goers enjoy chili samplings from the area’s top restaurants, live musical performances, activities and much more with their ticket purchase to this family-friendly event.

Near the festival’s end, chili vendors battle it out for the coveted People’s Choice, Best Booth Presentation and other categorical awards. Ticket booth entrance points will be located at 705 Parkway and River Road, and open before the event at 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. For details, visit the website.

Skybridge Lit at Night

Skybridge – Lights Over Gatlinburg

The holidays are a special time in Gatlinburg, and there’s no better place to experience the magic than the SkyLift when the park becomes a celebration of the holidays from Thanksgiving through the end of January as thousands of twinkling lights cover the SkyDeck. Gaze over town and into the Smoky Mountains while warming up at the fire pit with hot chocolate or cider. For more information, visit the website.
