Renting a 3-bedroom cabin in Gatlinburg can be quite the difficult task, especially with so many to choose from.
Luckily, our staff knows exactly what guests are looking for when it comes to the best 3-bedroom cabins in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
We’ve ranked the following 10 Gatlinburg cabins based on three main factors: Aesthetics and views, distance to attractions and overall value for money.
To make things even simpler, we’ve included the main “selling point” in the title of each cabin for quick skimming. Enjoy!
10. Cloud Dancer Cabin: Park views and creative sleep spaces
This massive 4,400 square foot cabin in the clouds might technically be a 3-bedroom, but thanks to creative accommodations (sleeper sofas and portable beds) it can actually comfortably sleep up to 14.
This cabin also features a hot tub, an incredible arcade room and access to two swimming pools.
But the views are really what make Cloud Dancer spectacular. This cabin literally borders the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Completely unobstructed mountain views like this are a rare find – even in the Smokies.

Sometimes, you want a cabin “away from it all” with gorgeous mountain views, sans-tourists. But what if you get a wild hair and want to spend a day at Ripley’s Aquarium or grab a steak at The Peddler?
If you really want to get the best of both worlds – the North Skyline Chalet, in our opinion, is unrivaled.
This spectacular cabin features breathtaking views of the mountains and is located just 4.2 miles (approximately 5-10 minutes) from downtown.
The cabin is quite spacious at over 3,000 square feet and sleeps up to eight people.
It’s also decked out with high end amenities throughout including a movie theater, pool table, arcade machine and hot tub just to name a few.

8. Luxury Cabin: Convenient location, great views and en suites
This one is also incredibly close (just 2.8 miles) to downtown Gatlinburg and most of the popular attractions like Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium and the strip.
And like our last pick, the views are also quite incredible.
But what gives this cabin the coveted No. 8 spot on our list is the third most important factor when it comes to cabin shopping: Value for dollar.
At an average of just $413 per night, this cabin skips on nothing, leaves us wanting for naught and still manages to comfortably sleep up to 8 people (that’s about $50 per person).
This cabin features new construction, a game room, a hot tub and 3 large bedrooms, each with their own en suite.
As frequent cabin goers, we cannot stress enough how rare it is to find a rental where every bedroom has an en suite. No drawing straws here.

We love this one because not only does is it offer a close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg and the Parkway (just 2.8 miles), but it also pays homage to downtown with its own mini “Sky Bridge”.
While this baby Sky Bridge isn’t quite as grand as the the real thing, like its big brother, it too illuminates at night and features unobstructed, breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte, only without the hordes of tourists. That’s a win in my book.
Sky Bridge Cabin also features a double-decker gazebo, a bistro-style kitchen pergola, a game room and a 6-person hot tub.
To top it all off, each bedroom features its own king bed.

Take our word for it, that’s a rare luxury for a cabin rental.

This luxury cabin has an interior style unlike any other in the Smokies with reclaimed wood furnishings from Pottery Barn, West Elm, Restoration Hardware, Four Hands and more.
Plus – it also happens to have one of our favorite criteria when it comes to luxury cabins in the Smokies: 3 king bedrooms each with their own en suite.
