Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and if you’re still scrambling on what to do this year, we have you covered.

Whether you’re looking for things to do for couples – or just a fun outing with your galentine – here’s our top 8 things to do for Valentine’s Day in the Smoky Mountains in 2021:

8. Valentine’s Day dinner at Junction 35 Spirits

All Valentine’s weekend, Junction 35 Spirits is celebrating with food, drinks and live music from 6-9 pm.

Friday night will feature the band Whisky Business, Saturday will feature Kaleb Wright, and Sunday evening will feature Charlie Rule.

This event is free and open to the public.

Junction 35 Spirits is a distillery, kitchen and bar that serves classic handcrafted cocktails, slow cooked barbecue and delicious burgers, sandwiches and pasta.

7. Live music at Ole Red in Gatlinburg

Ole Red will be featuring live music all throughout Valentine’s Day weekend in Gatlinburg.

Music will be featured until 8 pm on Thursday and Sunday and through midnight on Friday and Saturday.

The lineup for this Valentine’s weekend includes Stephen Goff, JD Shelburne, Sara Collins, The Dugger Band, Bailey Callahan, Cole Sitzlar and Chris Rains.

And for now through Feb. 14, Ole Red is also featuring a Valentine-inspired cocktail called “Nobody But You,” named after Blake Shelton’s No. 1 duet with Gwen Stefani.

6. Live music at Puckett’s in Pigeon Forge

Troy Kemp will take the stage at Puckett’s for on Saturday, Feb. 13 starting at 7:30 pm.

There is no cover, but tips are always appreciated.

Puckett’s is famous for its Tennessee barbecue, live music and fun times in a cozy atmosphere.

5. Wine and dine in the Smokies

If you’re a traditionalist, you will want to find an excellent restaurant for your romantic evening. The good news is, there are so many places to eat around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

For a classic Smoky Mountain experience, sample some wine and moonshine at local distilleries prior to your meal.

For dinner, look to some of the classic spots, like the Local Goat, The Peddler, or the Old Mill Restaurant. Be sure to plan ahead though, because wait times will likely be long, and reservations are not always available.

Alternatively, you can impress your date and enjoy some true local cuisine with some of these hidden gems.

4. Play some mini golf

Mini golf is a cute and fun way to enjoy some friendly competition with your date on Valentine’s Day.

If your date has a sweet tooth, Crave Golf, a candy-themed mini golf destination, can be a sweet choice for your Valentine.

It also offers an indoor course, so it’s a safe bet no matter the weather.

3. Enjoy a couples painting class

For a date night that comes with a souvenir that you can hang on the wall when you get home, try a local painting class.

2. Sweetheart month at the Titanic Museum

What better way to propose, renew vows or celebrate love than on the Titanic Grand Staircase?

For the month of February, The Titanic Museum is paying tribute to lovers everywhere, especially honoring the 12 honeymoon couples traveling on the Titanic, and young brides-to-be, who sailed Titanic’s historic maiden voyage.

1. Tunnel of Love at Gatlinburg SkyLift Park

In February, the world-famous SkyBridge at Gatlinburg SkyLift Park transforms into a romantic dreamland for Valentine’s Day.

Throughout the month, the SkyBridge is covered with red and white lights along with floral garland to create a tunnel of love.

Afterward, grab a drink with your date and take in the romantic views from the SkyDeck.
