There’s seemingly never a shortage of new attractions and restaurants popping up in the Great Smoky Mountains area.

In fact, it seems like just yesterday we were putting a new attractions list together, and it’s already time for another one!

If you’re planning a trip to Pigeon Forge or Sevierville, make sure to add these new restaurants and attractions to your to do list. We want to be sure to give them a good, Smoky Mountain welcome.

Without further ado, here are four brand new attractions, restaurants and hotels coming soon to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville:

Toy Box Mini Golf

4. Toy Box Mini Golf (Pigeon Forge)

Toy Box Mini Golf is a brand new mini golf course coming soon to the Great Smoky Mountains in Pigeon Forge.

This new attraction is said to be the world’s very first toy-themed mini golf course, where kids of all ages can enjoy a toy wonderland filled with larger-than-life toy displays.

The course will include 18 holes of themed mini golf, a toy store (obviously), a laser maze, snacks and giant toy photo opportunities.

Toy Box Mini Golf is set to open on Memorial Day, May 31, 2021.

Toy Box Mini Golf will be located at 112 Dollywood Lane, Pigeon Forge TN.

Its sister companies include recognizable names such as Top Jump, Crave Golf and Lumberjack Feud.

3. DreamCatcher Hotel (Pigeon Forge)

The DreamCatcher Hotel is slated to open in the summer of 2023.

This high-end hotel comes from the partnership of three Native American tribes in the Southeastern United States: The Seminole Tribe of Florida, Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

The DreamCatcher Hotel will feature 12,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, a rooftop restaurant/lounge and 200 guest rooms.

“The Pigeon Forge property launches a new milestone in our company, opening as the first hotel under our brand name,” said Zeke Cooper, President of DreamCatcher Franchise Development.

“Our tribal partners share our bold vision of developing and investing in unique and innovative hospitality properties, located in areas we know people want to visit. We are excited and humbled by their investment and trust.”

DreamCatcher Hotel will be located adjacent to the Leconte Center and the Cal Ripken Baseball Experience.

2. Leora’s Kitchen (Sevierville)

Leora’s Kitchen is a family owned, local eatery that is now open in Sevierville, TN.

The menu includes favorites such as burgers, cheese sandwiches and chicken sandwiches.

There’s no nonsense here, just good, freshly made food at an affordable price in a warm and happy atmosphere.

Most menu items and sandwiches range from $7-8. Side items includes hand-cut fries, sweet potato ribbons and sweet potatoes.

Leora’s Kitchen is located at 1354 Dolly Parton Parkway. This restaurant is open from 11-4.

1. Azul Cantina (Pigeon Forge)

According to the Mountain Mile website, Azul Cantina is coming soon as the newest addition to the Mountain Mile family. This restaurant is expected to open in 2021.

Azul Cantina will offer a Mexican Cantina menu, as its name suggests, and will have a rooftop bar where guests will be able to soak in the views of the Great Smoky Mountains from Pigeon Forge.

It isn’t the only highly anticipated restaurant coming soon to the Mountain Mile. This and the Guy Fieri’s Downtown Flavortown are two highly anticipated eateries coming soon to this shopping complex.

What other new restaurants are coming to the Smoky Mountains?

In case ya missed it, the Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar is also expected to open very soon in Gatlinburg.

Blaze Pizza is bringing one of its pizza chain locations to Pigeon Forge, and another pizzeria, Tomato Basil, is freshly opened in Sevierville.

Last but not least, Company Distilling is also making its way to Townsend and Alcoa shortly. The Alcoa location will be a “city center” of sorts, offering outdoor entertainment for the family.
