About Alaina O’Neal, Co-Founder of TheSmokies.com
Alaina O’Neal is a talented writer, graphic designer and entrepreneur.
She has worked for a variety of media outlets including the Citizen Tribune, The Chattanooga Times Free Press and the Elizabethton Star.
During those tenures, she received multiple Tennessee Press Association awards.
Alaina and her team were bitten by the “blogging bug” in 2020 when they launched their original concept – TheSmokies.com, an homage to her hometown in Tennessee.
What started out as a passion project quickly turned into a massive success.
In the footsteps of that success, Alaina and her team launched HeyOrlando.com in 2022, and later MiamiTake.com in 2023.
